I thought it was quite nice actually. I was drinking these Platinum Blondes one night, as well as Pure Blondes. Both great beers in my opinion. Platinum Blonde tastes good to me, and goes down smooth

harden up its low carb u dont get bloated tastes fuckin wicked and after half a slab the taste goes out the window

Yes Emma, yes indeed! all day today after a single one and every time I drink it. I thought it was my brain just telling me to stop because of it’s terrible taste. I think it has more to do with the budget chemicals they manufacture this rubbish with.

Stay away from drinking this stuff, first thing I noticed was the smell is overpowering and unpleasant.
Taste is even worse, I got through about 10-12 and suffered a hangover the next day that you would expect from from drinking over a carton!

Yes probably not as good as Pure Blonde but cheaper here than that brew in Tasmania. The taste is on the bitter side, one or two are enough for me. Being a diabetic I don’t have a lot of choice in what alcoholic drinks I can imbibe. When I have a little more money to spend, Pure Blonde is easier on the palette.

My boyfriend has had these so called great beers and gets nothhing but chronic guts aches for up to 4 days from a 6pack. Just wondering if anyone else has had this complaint without realising it might be the beer????

i liked it! And friends who came over liked it…we are chicks though…I was told by the girl at my BWS that it was made by Pure Blonde, which i now realize is a bit of a fib…but anyhoo, I like the name and the taste

What a shocker of a beer!

I purchased a slab to see if was in the same league as the Pure Blonde that I normally drink.
After two months and several attempts I still have most of the beer in my fridge. To make sure it wasn’t me, I have offered it to several guests who for some reason declined a second drink.
There is a stong overarching flavour of burnt vegtables (hops) that overpowers any of the good features, making it almost undrinkable in comparision to the smooth creamy mouthfeel of the Pure Blonde.

Back to the drawing board 6 star breweries aka Woolworths !

I purchesed a six pack of this beer.. opened a bottle and it was sealed water…..no jokes…has this happened to anyone else???
